What is the difference between Wisdom Essentials and Wisdom Essentials Plus?
Wisdom Essentials tells you the day is going as expected: movement room to room, activity at a glance, and an alert when a day looks different. Wisdom Essentials Plus adds a safety net underneath it, with in-home fall detection located to the room, bed exit and movement detection, and escalation to the 24/7 emergency response center if no one in the Trusted Circle answers. Neither package uses cameras.
What does Wisdom Enhanced add to Wisdom Essentials Plus?
Wisdom Enhanced is for higher-acuity situations where more visibility is welcome. It includes everything in Wisdom Essentials Plus and adds computer vision alongside the sensors, visual confirmation of a fall with human review, and an optional live view of a room available only with consent. The install is consultative rather than standard, designed around the specific home.
Can we start with Wisdom Essentials or the Wisdom Connected Smartwatch and add later?
Yes, and it is the intended path. The packages build on each other, so you can start with what fits today and add capability as needs change. Your MyWisdom app and Trusted Circle stay the same, with nothing to set up again. Adding sensors or moving up to Wisdom Enhanced may require additional equipment and an installation visit.
Is the Wisdom Connected Smartwatch required for the in-home system?
No. The in-home system works without it. The Wisdom Connected Smartwatch can be connected to any package or used on its own. Powered by Samsung Galaxy Watch, it adds fall detection, one-press SOS, with 24/7 emergency response and a trained emergency services professional answering. A fall or SOS can escalate automatically to emergency services when needed.
Does the Wisdom Connected Smartwatch work without a smartphone?
Yes. The Wisdom Connected Smartwatch has its own cellular service and works without being paired to a smartphone. The MyWisdom app, available for iPhone and Android, is where Trusted Circle members manage settings and notification preferences.
What does Wisdom cost?

Pricing varies based on the package selected, the home, and any services included. Is Wisdom covered by Medicare, insurance, or a home care benefit?
Wisdom is not currently covered by Medicare, and it is not covered by most private health insurance.
